When is Bring It On! Youth Festival?

Bring It On! Youth Festival takes place annually during NSW Youth Week every April.

The next festival is Sunday 13 April 2025 at the Fairfield Showground.

Is the event free?

Yes, entry to the event is completely free!

Rides, entertainment and activities are also free. Food stalls/trucks and some market stalls (excluding youth service stalls) may charge for products as they are independent small businesses operating at the event.

Who is the event for?

Bring It On! is led by young people for young people aged 12-24.

How can I get to the Fairfield Showground?

The festival will take place at Fairfield Showground (443 Smithfield Road, Prairiewood).

Public transport

The closest bus stops to the Fairfield Showground are:

  • Myrtle Rd after Greenfield Rd (750m away)
  • Prairiewood Leisure Centre, Prairie Vale Rd (750m away)
  • Wakeley Centre, Bulls Rd (1km away)
  • Orphan School T-Way Station (1km away)
  • St Johns T-Way Station (1.2km away)
  • Fairfield Hospital, Prairie Vale Rd (1.3km away)

Buses frequently depart from Cabramatta Train Station and Fairfield Train Station to these bus stops.

By car

There are over 600 free parking spots at Fairfield Showground. You can enter the car park via Moonlight Road or Smithfield Road.

Is smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed?

Bring It On! Youth Festival is a smoking, vaping, drug and alcohol free event.

Alcohol and other drugs are not permitted to be taken into the Fairfield Showground. Smoking or vaping is not permitted within the Fairfield Showground or within 10m of an entry gate.

What happens if it rains?

The event will continue in rain and wet weather as the festival is under shelter at the Fairfield Showground.

However, if weather conditions become extreme or there is a natural disaster warning (eg floods, fire, extreme wind) the event may be cancelled.

I am interested in volunteering! Where can I find more information?

Each year there are opportunities for local young people to volunteer and take part in training workshops. Visit our Workshops and Volunteering page for more info.
